The future is digital

Versatility is just as key as print quality.

Serigraph USA are a full-service supplier for the automotive, medical, power sports industries and the POP industry. Installing a Nyala 4 flatbed printer has enabled them to shift lots of projects from offset to digital printing – or combine the two – and to gain a foothold in the trade fair and architecture market.

Ann Marie Lentz, COO of POP Solutions, explains that the goal of the Nyala installation was to transmit as many offset jobs to this flatbed printer as possible. Meanwhile, Mark Heimerl talks about the requirements: They needed high quality print and a large colour gamut to match brand colours.

What Mark appreciates about swissQprint and the Nyala is:

  • that the UV inks adhere to many substrates

  • the quick change of material from rigid to roll

  • the registration pins that support the print-to-cut workflow

  • the tandem mode that has improved their efficiency

  • the support they get
