Long service life

swissQprint builds machines robustly as a point of principle.

High-quality components lay the foundation for longevity. Everything is designed for many years of use in multi-shift operation. In any case, the number of wear parts in the machines is reduced to a minimum.

The evidence for this are more than 400 swissQprint flatbed printers that are over a decade old and are still in daily operation. Some of them in second or third hand.

The swissQprint development team’s quality standards result in machines with an outstandingly long life span. Thoughts of expenditure on replacement purchases will recede into the background for a long time to come. There are benefits for the environment, too:

  • No resources consumed in new production

  • The energy required for the manufacturing process of an additional system is eliminated

Long-term spare parts availability

Not only do we continue supporting first-generation software, we also supply spare parts and inks. “Our goal is to supply customers for as long as possible and, where necessary, to look for substitution products as well,” says Marc Baumgartner, Chief Technology Officer.

Your advantage as a swissQprint user

Purchasing a new printer is a substantial investment, especially just a few years after a previous purchase. Careful maintenance and repair of the existing system is the more cost-effective and environmentally friendly approach. Our customers confirm this.
