New location & ten-year anniversary
On 23 and 24 June 2026 we celebrated a significant milestone: the opening of our new company premises in West Dundee, Illinois. This also provided occasion to look back on ten years of swissQprint America. And with that, on a decade marked by growth, close relations with our customers and successful partnerships.
After a construction period lasting just under a year, swissQprint America has moved into its new premises. The modern facility offers significantly more space for presentations, training sessions, services and interaction with customers.
Ready for the future
With the new location, swissQprint America is systematically expanding its range of services. This will enable us to continue serving our growing customer base in the USA and Canada to the high standard they have come to expect from us.
The centrepiece: a 360 m² showroom where visitors can experience the latest swissQprint systems first-hand.
The extensive showcase of applications provides a source of ideas and inspiration for new business opportunities.
The hospitality area offers space for customer events, workshops and in-house exhibitions.
The 200 m² technical area expands our capacity for training courses, maintenance work and refurbishment of used machines.
The spacious warehouse ensures a reliable supply of spare parts and consumables.
This building is more than just a new location. It provides the ideal conditions for us to continue supporting our customers personally, promptly and professionally going forward.

swissQprint America – 10 years and counting
In 2016, there was a team of six. Now, there are 20+ experienced specialists working hard for our customers every day. From their bases in Illinois and California, they provide customers in the US and Canada with wide-ranging service and technical support.
This growth would not have been possible without the trust of our customers and partners. We are very grateful for that.
The anniversary celebration was not only a retrospective, but above all a confident look forward into the future. We are excited to continue this success story.
