Job Summary
The Sales Territory Manager (STM) is accountable for meeting or exceeding business development and sales growth targets within a specified territory and serves as a teammate to others in the company. This role builds and executes sales plans that generate equipment sales and overall revenue growth from both current and new logo accounts. The STM is responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to close to ongoing account relationship management. This includes holding quarterly account review meetings with all key accounts with the purpose of building advocacy, trust, and referral networks and account growth. The STM will be well versed in selling all swissQprint products and services.
Key Accountabilities
Meet or exceed unit sales and revenue goals by developing a sales pipeline for primarily new customer that fit ideal profile within targeted markets and closing the business.
Meet or exceed unit sales and revenue goals by developing and executing a sales business plan with current key accounts.
Develop excellent relationships with decision makers by following a consultative sales process that discovers real needs and timelines and clearly demonstrates a total solution for the client.
Participate in process improvement and support team initiatives including backing up others as needed and being a collaborative team member for our collective success.
The STM will have clear performance goals in the form of meeting quota, maintaining a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, advancing sales to close business and working to strongly promote our products. In addition, it is important to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure success with the client.

Preferred Qualifications
College Degree and minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with capital equipment sales
Demonstrated experience sourcing new customers and closing sales opportunities in timely fashion.
Experience in sales to large multinational companies, mid-market companies, and entrepreneurs.
Broad network of relationships at established companies in the business.
Organized and effective communicator and presenter with experience in writing contracts and proposals.
Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Proficient in use of CRM systems to manage business
Experience in continual improvement processes
